The Eifeler Edelobst-Brennerei Bernhard Bares has many years of experience in the production of the highest quality distillates. These have also been extended to universities and domestic and foreign distilleries. Selected fruit from ecologically particularly valuable Eifel meadows is gently mashed and carefully distilled. We would be happy to invite you to visit our distillery and taste our fine distillates in our cozy tasting room by appointment.
